About The Role
Vested is seeking a Vice President of Client Operations to lead end-to-end client outreach & recruitment operations. This is a fully remote position in which you'll be mapped directly to a fast growing startup to lead the operations team and support the sales division with current client pipeline and future businesses as well. In this role, you'll be client facing and responsible for ensuring recruitment operational efficiencies.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the recruitment operations end to end and conduct regular client servicing calls to ensure recruitment quality and incorporate client feedback
- Understand the client's industry and recruitment operations and suggest processes to streamline recruitment both for current and new clients
- Conduct weekly client evaluation calls with the operations team, recruiters and present KPIs & performance metrics
- Work on number crunching & present during the client calls
- Work in sync with the business development team to set the right client expectation before client onboarding
- Coordinate and lead the client launch cum onboarding calls to understand the client requirements and seek the necessary information to start the candidate outreach
- Work on ensuring client renewals in conjunction with the sales and operations team
- Generate & analyze the recruitment data of the client to be presented and discussed with the higher management
- Work on conceptualizing training, learning & development activities for the operations and client servicing team
About You
- Master’s Degree mandatory (MBA preferred)
- Fluent English & stellar communication skills
- Willingness to work US hours (Remotely)
- Past work experience in client facing roles (US clients preferred)
- Recruitment or HR or IT Services or Management Consulting (Preferred)
- 7 to 12 years of experience in operations (Recruitment operations preferred)
