Years of experience:

  • 3 or more years of experience

Candidate Current/Past Industry:

  • Recruitment or HR (preferred but not required)

Candidate pre-requisites:

  • Bachelor’s degree mandatory
  • Sales CRM Tool like HubSpot & Salesforce knowledge
  • Fluent English & communication skills
  • Past work experience in client facing roles (preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with an in-depth understanding of the business and the product
  • Reach out to potential customers and businesses looking for recruitment needs
  • Secure meetings with the potential clients with regular follow-ups
  • Create a pipeline of work and work on lead generation
  • Find out innovative ways to find clients
  • Identify and research potential clients
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
  • Understand the client's industry and recruitment operations and suggest processes to streamline
  • Coordinate the client launch cum onboarding calls to understand the client requirements
  • Fair understanding of sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot etc.
