- Sales CRM Tool like HubSpot & Salesforce knowledge
- Fluent English & communication skills
- Past work experience in client facing roles (preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with an in-depth understanding of the business and the product
- Reach out to potential customers and businesses looking for recruitment needs
- Secure meetings with the potential clients with regular follow-ups
- Create a pipeline of work and work on lead generation
- Find out innovative ways to find clients
- Identify and research potential clients
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Understand the client's industry and recruitment operations and suggest processes to streamline
- Coordinate the client launch cum onboarding calls to understand the client requirements
- Fair understanding of sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot etc.
