Beyond Inclusion Therapy is growing, and we are looking for a licensed SLPA to join our expanding team.

We provide speech therapy, AAC, assistive technology, and interdisciplinary services across clinic and home health settings. Our practice is neurodiversity affirming, family centered, and focused on meaningful communication access.

Compensation

• Clinic-Based Sessions
• $50 per session
• Home Health Sessions
• $60–$85 per session depending on zip code and service area

Sign-On Bonus

• $250 bonus once you build and maintain a 20-client caseload

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy under supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Support AAC and total communication approaches
• Maintain documentation in compliance with DDD and AHCCCS requirements
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

• Active Arizona SLPA license
• Fingerprint clearance card
• Professional liability insurance
• Strong documentation and time management skills
