ABOUT NORTH TEXAS PEDIATRIC THERAPY
North Texas Pediatric Therapy (NTX) is a pediatric therapy practice and parent company to Behavioral Possibilities ABA & Speech Therapy. We provide ABA and Speech Therapy to children with autism, developmental delays, and communication disorders in the Frisco/Dallas area. We are credentialed with Parkland Community Health Plan, TriWest, and Wellpoint, with a growing caseload ready to be served.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a licensed, compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a part-time or contract basis. The SLP will provide evaluation and treatment services to pediatric clients — primarily children with autism spectrum disorder, language delays, and communication challenges.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and family goals
- Provide direct therapy services (clinic-based and/or in-home as needed)
- Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and families to ensure consistency across settings
- Complete clinical documentation, session notes, and progress reports in a timely manner
- Obtain and track insurance authorizations for assigned clients
- Participate in parent training and family meetings as appropriate
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Texas state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations, especially autism and developmental delays
- Familiarity with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION
- Part-time / contract — flexible scheduling available
- Clinic-based in Frisco, TX (in-home sessions may be available)
- Competitive pay: $45–$65 per session depending on experience and caseload
- W-2 or 1099 options available
