Always Keep Progressing, LLC is looking for a speech language pathologist with exceptional abilities and a passion for helping others to join our team. This position is perfect for someone with pediatric experience and who is interested in working with a multidisciplinary team. AKP has 2 clinic locations and all therapy is done in-clinic and via teletherapy. We have a team of 30+ therapists (SLPs, OTs, Music Therapists, and Art Therapists).

CFs are accepted

We provide training and provide ongoing in-person and mobile support through the work day, using our unique communication platform, as well as in-person training as needed.

If you aren't credentialed as a Medicaid provider yet, we provide the support to help you get credentialed.

The position requires a reliable car, access to a computer, and basic computer skills. Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required. Must have

active DOH license to apply.

FULL-TIME position, Monday through Friday. All therapy is based out of our multidisciplinary clinic. **Experience with FEEDING therapy a plus**

This job is a FULL-TIME, EMPLOYEE position (40 hours a week), with a full BENEFITS package (health insurance, paid federal holidays, PTO, continuing education and licensure/CCCs reimbursements, performance bonuses). Details to be discussed in the interview.

Qualifications:

  • Proof of education.
  • Approved to work for Medicaid (if you do not currently hold an active Medicaid #, we will help you to apply).
  • Fulfilled state required examinations.
  • Compliant with continuing education.
  • Experience working with the pediatric population.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of therapy principles, theory, methods and evidence-based practice
  • Comply with accepted professional, ethical and legal standards of practice.
  • Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
  • Clean background check.
