Star Future provides Center-based and In-home behavior & Speech & occupational treatment to children such as Autism, ADHD, etc. We focus on teaching children skills that is essential for independent living, including but not limited: communication, social skills, and self-help skills, etc. We provide individualized center-based and family-oriented Autism treatment with highest level of clinical support.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The SLP will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in individuals of various age groups. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a client-centered approach, and experience in developing individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments for speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Provide therapy services in one-on-one or group settings.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including parents, caregivers, and educators.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
  • Educate clients and their families on techniques to improve communication.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and therapy methods in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • State Licensure or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (preferred).
  • Experience working with children, adults, or specific populations (e.g., autism, aphasia, dysphagia).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
