Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA/LBA for clients in their homes, schools, and treatment centers to reduce negative behaviors and teach new skills
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-home
- Accurately record and monitor client data to measure progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan
- Support BCBA/LBA in training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
- Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure client progress and satisfaction
- Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests
- Complete any other tasks assigned by BCBA/LBA
Qualifications:
- RBT certification
- Access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred but not required)
- Experience working with children with ASD preferred
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
