Full-Time In-School and Part time In-Home Support Specialist (RBT)

• Hourly compensation structure.
• Flexible scheduling options, including: Full-Time Employment (In-School): Availability required from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  In-Home Therapy Positions: Availability required from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students with special needs in school settings near Boston Common and in-home environments across Massachusetts.
• Implement individualized support plans and track client progress.
• Maintain accurate data records and update program materials as needed.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure cohesive support for students.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to support planning discussions.
• Exhibit professionalism, reliability, and consistency in daily sessions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field (required).
• RBT certification preferred.
• Prior experience working with individuals with special needs in educational or community settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and around the Boston area.
• Required to pass a CORI background check.
• Physical ability to perform job duties.
