Stark ABA is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism. In this role, you will work directly with clients in their home and community environments, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support meaningful skill development. As an RBT at Stark ABA, you will play a critical role in helping children build communication, social, and adaptive skills that promote independence and long-term success. This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, collaborative, and passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families.

Essential Job Duties

The ideal candidate is capable, motivated, and willing to learn and grow as the position evolves. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you must be able to:

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans as designed by a BCBA
  • Provide direct 1:1 behavioral therapy to clients in home and/or community settings
  • Accurately collect, record, and maintain session data in accordance with company procedures
  • Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) using evidence-based strategies
  • Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA regarding client progress and concerns
  • Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and performance feedback sessions
  • Maintain professional, respectful, and effective communication with clients and caregivers
  • Adhere to all ethical guidelines, company policies, and confidentiality standards
  • Remain engaged and attentive with clients throughout therapy sessions
  • Adapt teaching strategies and interventions based on client needs and BCBA guidance
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during all sessions
  • Travel locally to client locations as required for service delivery
  • Safely assist with client movement and positioning, including lifting or supporting up to approximately 40 pounds as needed for client care
