Novus Behavior Associates LLC is looking to hire a part-time Registered Behavior Technician or BCBA candidate to provide in-home and community ABA services across Cenntennial and Lakewood/Littleton, CO. At Novus Behavior Associates LLC, we believe every individual has a right to the most effective and least restrictive treatment and our diverse clientele reflects this mission. With our team, you’ll be provided with new and exciting learning opportunities and can even receive supervision hours towards your BCBA or BCaBA. Set your own schedule and work as many or as few hours as you'd like, while being supported and supervised by a BCBA in a small practice setting.

We are currently seeking a candidate for 10-15 hours with the possibility of increasing the number of hours, if desired. This position would include direct 1:1 behavioral intervention for behavior plans developed by a BCBA based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis in the home, school, and community setting.

Applicants should have

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience with reduction of challenging behavior and skill acquisition
  • A passion for the field of ABA and for working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Strong writing and communication skills

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor Diploma in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) or Behavioral Technician (BT) with desire to work toward receiving your BCBA
  • Two (2) years experience, preferred. One (1) year experience working with individuals with ASD

Job Types:

Pay: 

  • $27.50 - $34.00 per hour
