About the Role

Our Principal Recruiters are the 'stars of the show!' You'll work alongside our Partners, Researchers, and Operations teams to understand clients requirements, interface with candidates, and present to customers.  

About You

Plenty is open to a variety of backgrounds and skills, however we find our employees are most fulfilled when they have:

• 3+ years of in house recruiting experience
• Focused on or are passionate for fast growing startups
• Filled a variety of functions and seniority levels
• Business acumen and an interest in business
• Great prioritization and organizational skills
• Strong polish and presentation abilities
• A willingness to work outside of standard hours
• An action, solution oriented and process driven mindset 
• The ability to work autonomously in fast paced, rigorous environments
