Totally Kids Pediatric Therapy is a small, dedicated therapy company that provides personalized physical therapy services to children in the comfort of their homes or schools. Our team collaborates across disciplines when appropriate to ensure the best outcomes for each child. 

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and will be responsible for assisting in therapy sessions, coordinating with families, and ensuring continuity of care. 
• Provide physical therapy services to children in home and school settings under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. 
• Collaborate with therapists from other disciplines as needed to support holistic care.
• Schedule therapy sessions with families, confirm appointments, and reschedule canceled sessions when possible.
• Maintain flexibility in scheduling while ensuring availability for afternoon sessions
• Develop positive and effective communication with families and caregivers.
• Accurately document patient progress and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with children.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with families and team members. 
• Ability to work independently
