Physical Therapy
Our Intensives Model of physical therapy allows us to encourage children to set goals and meet them within an accelerated timeline. In a few weeks, an Intensives Model can provide results that could take months to achieve using a traditional model of 1 – 2 visits/week.
A physical therapist at Integrated Therapy Solutions strives to move the child to increasing levels of independence, allowing them to become more confident in their skills, thus practice more and improve faster. For this purpose, we offer The TheraSuit Method – Intensive Neuro Functional Strengthening® (INFS) program which is based and validated by research and science from Epigenetic, Neurology and Exercise Physiology and Total Motion Release (TMR) Tots & Teens - Beneficial for patients with limited mobility &/or body awareness. Includes: geriatric, post-op acute care, & adults with developmental delays.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college/university
- 3 years as a Physical Therapist with pediatric population
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide Physical Therapy services to pediatric children with various physical disorders.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate physical abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address children's physical goals.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Utilize evidence-based techniques and innovative strategies to facilitate progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and clinical outcomes.
