Park Slope Center for Mental Health is a community-based outpatient mental health clinic regulated by the NYS Office of Mental Health. We are proud to have delivered quality, patient-centered mental health care to individuals, families, couples and groups throughout Brooklyn and the five boroughs for over 30 years. PSCMH provides psychotherapy and psychopharmacology to clients of all ages. We practice in a supportive environment where weekly supervision, ongoing clinical training, and overall professional development are a priority.

Our fee-for-service clinicians are a vital and integral part of our clinic, bringing a range of expertise, experience and ideas to our practice. Fee-for-service clinicians can also attend a dynamic, diverse and interactive weekly group supervision with their peers, discussing cases, challenges, and deepening their practice. Hours are flexible and there is ongoing support, as well as provision of clinical hours for clinical licensure.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTATIONS:

• Minimum of 15 sessions per week
• Hybrid work model available or fully remote
• LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LCAT are all encouraged to apply
• Strong knowledge of DSM 5
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with a good work ethic
• Strong communication & writing skills
• Participation in group supervision, "all-staff" trainings & clinical meetings
• See all your clients and maintain your caseload in a consistent and ethical manner
• Meet documentation expectations.
