Position Overview

We’re seeking a contract BCBA to provide direct therapy in-home, community, school, and Telehealth . This role is ideal for someone who wants flexible hours, autonomy, and premium contractor rate without the demands of large-agency workloads.

The BCBA will have their own cases that they work on starting from the assessment to direct therapy and parent training. Support is provided to the BCBA's as needed. The hours are flexible.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments, develop BIPs, and oversee program implementation
• Analyze data, monitor progress, and update treatment plans
• Maintain ethical, high-quality clinical standards
• Provide Direct Therapy

Schedule

• Flexible contractor hours
• Afternoon/evening availability preferred (e.g., 3pm–7pm)
• Part-time or expanded hours available depending on caseload

Compensation

• $100–$110 per hour (contractor role)
• Quick onboarding and streamlined scheduling

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Experience with home-based ABA preferred

Job Types:

• $100.00 - $110.00 per hour

• 10 – 15 per week
