Always Keep Progressing, LLC is looking for an occupational therapist with exceptional abilities and a passion for helping others to join our team. This position is perfect for someone with extensive pediatric experience and would like to further their career. The position entails managing a clinic and a team of therapists. Must have at least 5 years of clinical experience. Ideal candidates have some experience overseeing COTAs, students, or mentoring clinicians.

We provide training and provide ongoing in-person and mobile support through the work day, using our unique communication platform, as well as in-person training as needed.


The position requires a reliable car, access to a computer, and basic computer skills. Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required. Must have active DOH license to apply.


FULL-TIME position, Monday through Friday. All therapy is based out of our multidisciplinary clinic.

This job is a SALARIED, FULL-TIME, EMPLOYEE position (40 hours a week), with a full BENEFITS package (health insurance included within this package). Details to be discussed in the interview.

Qualifications:

• Proof of education.
• Approved to work for Medicaid.
• Fulfilled state required examinations.
• Compliant with continuing education.
• Experience working with the pediatric population.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of therapy principles, theory, methods and evidence-based practice
• Comply with accepted professional, ethical and legal standards of practice.
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
• Clean background check.
