Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Occupational Therapist to join our center. In this full-time position, you will work directly with children to develop their functional independence and enhance their quality of life. You'll collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to create personalized treatment plans.

Roles and Duties

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' sensory processing, motor skills, and functional abilities
• Develop individualized intervention plans based on assessment results and client/family goals
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions addressing sensory integration, fine/gross motor skills, and adaptive functioning
• Create and adapt treatment environments to support sensory needs and maximize engagement
• Collaborate with speech therapists, behavior analysts, psychologists, and educators to provide coordinated care
• Train parents and caregivers on strategies to implement at home to support skill development
• Document client progress accurately and maintain detailed treatment records
• Participate in team meetings to review client progress and adjust treatment plans
• Stay current with research and best practices in autism and occupational therapy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• 2+ years’ experience providing occupational therapy to kids.
