Always Keep Progressing, LLC is looking for a licensed mental health professional/therapist (LMHC) with exceptional abilities and a passion for helping others to join our team. This position is perfect for someone with pediatric experience and working with children with special needs. This particular position aims to provide counseling and therapy through Art in order to help children with special needs.

We provide training and provide ongoing mobile support through the work day, using our unique communication platform, as well as in-person training as needed.

The position requires a reliable car, access to a computer, and basic computer skills. Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) is preferred, but NOT required. This position requires working with a multidisciplinary team of speech therapists, music therapists, and occupational therapists.

FULL-TIME positions are available Schedules from Monday through Friday. All therapy is based out of our pediatric clinic.

Qualifications:

• Proof of education.
• Fulfilled state required examinations.
• Compliant with continuing education.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Providing evaluations and treatment to clients.
• Administrative work to assist with program promotion and development

Credential requirements:

• Current Mental Health Professional License (LMHC)
• Experience working with the pediatric population and ASD.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of therapy principles, theory, methods and evidence-based practice
• Comply with accepted professional, ethical and legal standards of practice.
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
• Clean background check.
