Personal Child care Development (PCCD) Inc. is a dedicated provider of early intervention services aimed at supporting age 0-3 Y with developmental delays and their families. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Coordinator to join our team and ensure accurate and timely processing of early intervention billing.

Position Summary:

The Early Intervention Billing is responsible for managing all billing processes related to early intervention services. The ideal candidate will have experience in Providersoft and EI Hub, preferably in early intervention or pediatric services and a strong understanding of the billing software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submit and track early intervention claims.
  • Maintain Providersoft and EI Hub billing and Session note verification/approval.
  • Ensure billing compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including EI program guidelines.
  • Verify patient eligibility and authorization requirements.
  • Post payments, adjustments, and denials; follow up on unpaid claims and appeals as needed.
  • Reconcile accounts and generate monthly billing reports.
  • Collaborate with service coordinators, providers, and administrative staff to ensure complete and accurate documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in billing regulations and payer requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in EI billing; early intervention billing experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with SI, ABA, Physical, Occupational, Speech therapy and other EI services CPT and ICD codes
  • Proficiency in EI billing software- Providersoft and EI Hub etc.
  • Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT codes, and related billing requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
