Attention BCBA’s!!! Tired of Working for a Big Corporation???
The field of ABA is moving into mergers and acquisitions which leads to less clinical quality and a churn and burn approach to ABA services.
At Learning and Behavioral Center, we offer an opportunity to be a big part of a small team that prioritizes clinical quality and oversight.
We take a different approach to ABA services that focuses on not only developing the skills necessary to build meaningful social relationships, but also providing a setting at our center where kids can develop long lasting friendships.
In addition to providing center-based sessions, our center is contracted with multiple school districts to provide school-based behavioral services. We believe to keep BCBA’s from burnout, it is important to have variety to caseloads which are a blend of center, home and school-based sessions.
Come work at a small organization where you will have a big voice.
