About The Role

We are currently seeking BCBA/LBAs to join our team who are dedicated to improving the quality of life for children diagnosed with ASD.

What You Will Do

  • Implement and represent BDABA policy enthusiastically.
  • Represent BCBA professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor treatment teams of technicians. 
  • Manage patient services based on BDABA policies and procedures. 
  • Set and achieve performance goals with patient, patient guardian, and treatment teams. 
  • Hold monthly coaching sessions for the treatment team. 
  • Handle treatment team complaints and grievances. 
  • Assist with training of staff. 
  • Ensure patient treatment plans are maintained on the CR database. 
  • Maintain patient behavior intervention plans. 
  • Oversee and maintain accurate and organized patient notes, data, and reports for interval and external stakeholders. 
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments.
  • Prepare for and attend patient educational meetings (Individual Education Plan meetings, IPPs, IFSP, ARC) and develop treatment recommendations. 
  • Train patients’ guardians and family members on treatment techniques; maintain a positive working relationship with patients’ family; respond to guardian questions in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Track and report time spent in direct contact with patients and time spent preparing documents, reports, and other materials related to patients on CR. 
  • Work cooperatively and courteously with internal staff and outside stakeholders including school personnel/administration, outside service providers, regional center personnel, and other agency personnel. 
  • Oversee the mid level supervisor on each case. 
  • Track program supervisor’s supervision hours and parent training sessions. 
  • Ensure the program supervisor is completing their job description.

What We Need From You

  • BCBA  certification and 6 months experience in a supervisory role
