Position Overview

Sovereign Care Services is seeking a motivated Clinical Fellowship Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) to provide services across school-based settings in Mercer County, NJ.

This role is structured as a W-2 employee position to fully support ASHA Clinical Fellowship requirements and ensure compliance with New Jersey employment standards.

You will gain hands-on experience across multiple school environments while receiving structured supervision and mentorship from experienced clinicians.

Clinical Fellowship Supervision

Supervision provided by a licensed CCC-SLP

Service Settings

Assignments may include:

Elementary schools
Middle schools
High schools
Specialized programs

You may work across multiple school sites within Mercer County depending on district needs.

Responsibilities

Provide speech-language therapy aligned with student IEP goals
Conduct evaluations with supervisor support
Participate in IEP meetings
Complete documentation in compliance with:

NJDOE standards
District requirements

Collaborate with teachers, CST teams, and families
