ABOUT THIS JOB:
Step into a Clinical Director position where your leadership, clinical judgment, and values will directly influence the culture and future of a brand-new center. With 3+ years of BCBA experience, you’ll join at the perfect moment — before the doors even open — giving you the unique opportunity to help build the branch as it grows.
At SOS, we prioritize ethical practice, quality clinical outcomes, and the well-being of both children and clinicians. This role offers the unique combination of startup-level influence with organizational support, including guidance, resources, and a strong clinical network.
Our new Ramsey facility is BCBA-owned and operated, thoughtfully designed to be sensory-friendly, imaginative, playful, and welcoming — a space that inspires children while supporting clinicians in providing the highest quality care.
