Job Summary:
WonderWay ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team We're seeking the ideal candidate who hold their BCBA certification and has at least 2 years experience practicing as a Clinical Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- We are a new center in the Atlanta area, so a key part of this role will be assisting with intake assessments and reports
- Traveling to homes and clinic, and providing in-person and remote direct supervision to patients receiving ABA therapy
- Oversee a caseload of 6-10 patients
- Accurately record and monitor client data to measure progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan
- Training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
- Maintain clear communication with clients, families, RBTs, and Clinical Director to ensure client progress and satisfaction
- Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests
- Complete any other tasks required for patient
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification
- Access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations (if required)
- Masters Degree in related field 2 years experience working with children with ASD (preferred)
- 2 year's experience as a Clinical Director in a leadership role
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
