Our Mission:
The mission of this program is to deliver evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children and adults with developmental disabilities to promote and empower individuals with developmental disabilities to maximize their potential by minimizing deficits in communication, socialization, and adaptive living skills. Our program focuses on providing children with developmental disabilities and their caregivers/guardians with direct access to ABA therapy services in order to target socially significant behaviors that serve as a health and safety concern to self or others, impeded on independence, or decreases a client’s chances of accessing least restrictive supports, services and environments.
Compensation:
- $19-21 per hour, up to 30 hrs per week

Job Description:
The Client Coordinator assists in providing all materials, supplies, and documentation related to client services and clinical tasks. This includes the compiling and sorting of all client files related to partnership such as reports, authorizations, and other confidential documents and records in accordance with company policy keeping.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compile, organize, and distribute case related documents, materials, and information.
- File and safeguard confidential clinical documents and records in accordance with company policy.
- Provides clinical support for all materials related to client services and partnership.
- Assists with the processing and onboarding of new clients received from partnership by submitting and processing paperwork with appropriate persons and departments.
- Assist with the distribution and submittal of documents related to client authorizations and clinical coordination
- Coordinate and distribute documentation as requested by clinical team
- Supports case management in keeping up to date with required clinical documentation and deadlines
- Performs general case coordinating and management related tasks as requested by clinical supervisors and in accordance with funding source and local regulations
