Beyond Inclusion Therapy is growing, and we are looking for a compassionate, motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team.

We provide inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming services to children with developmental disabilities, sensory needs, AAC users, and medically complex clients across clinic and community settings.

Position Type

• Hybrid model required (clinic + home health)
• Hours are flexible and self-selected based on availability

Compensation

• Phoenix Clinic: $50 per session
• Home Health (Phoenix area): $60–$85 per session depending on zip code
• Home Health (other areas of Arizona): Competitive pay based on location

Sign-On Bonus

What We’re Looking For

• Active Arizona COTA license
• Passion for sensory integration, executive functioning, and pediatric therapy
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with families and providers
• Comfort working in both clinic and home-based environments
• Reliable transportation for home health services
