Always Keep Progressing, LLC is looking for a certified occupational therapy assistant with exceptional abilities and a passion for helping others to join our team. This position is perfect for someone with pediatric experience.

We provide training and provide ongoing mobile support through the work day, using our unique communication platform, as well as in-person training as needed.


The position requires a reliable car, access to a computer, and basic computer skills. Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) is preferred, but NOT required. Must have active COTA certification to apply.


FULL TIME / PART-TIME positions are available Schedules needed on: All day Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. All therapy is based out of our private practice clinic.

Qualifications:

• Proof of education.
• Fulfilled state required examinations.
• Compliant with continuing education.
• Experience working with the pediatric population.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of therapy principles, theory, methods and evidence-based practice
• Comply with accepted professional, ethical and legal standards of practice.
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
• Clean background check.
