About The Role
Are you looking for a part-time position working with kids that offers a friendly environment and ongoing support? If so, then we want to talk with you about our Behavior Technician position!
What You Will Do
- Behavior technician will support and implement patient care plans created by an assigned Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Provide 1:1 Behavioral intervention programs in the home-based setting.
- Develop rapport, communicate effectively, and collaborate with the BCBA & family members involved with the client’s treatment
- Collect Behavioral data as directed by the BCBA
- Complete and submit accurate clinical notes in Central Reach after each session in a timely manner
What We Need From You
- Energetic and wants to work with autistic kids
- Wants to learn about the science of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- May have prior experience working with children or are looking for your first job working with them
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Looking for a part-time position with opportunities to increase your hours over time on an evening shift (3 pm-6 pm availability)
- Detail-oriented & highly organized
