What You Will Do -
- Evaluate and work with a client to create functional behavior evaluations and create behavior plans.
- Working with the behavior technicians to ensure that all treatment plans and programs are carried out effectively
- Conduct observations, design data collection instruments, summarize and analyze behavioral data
- Provide ongoing training to staff concerning the appropriate use of crisis prevention, behavior management, and intervention techniques
- Conduct Parent Training on specific treatment goals
What We Need From You -
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of our clients.
