BCBA (Independent Contractor)

Littleton, CO

About Our Company

Novus Behavior Associates provides ABA services throughout Colorado, meeting individuals and caregivers directly in their natural environments. We focus on dignity, independence, and measurable outcomes, ensuring that each treatment plan reflects the person’s strengths, needs, and long-term goals. By traveling to clients across the state, our practitioners create flexible, accessible services that adapt to unique routines and preferences. This statewide model allows us to build collaborative partnerships with caregivers and provide consistent support that promotes skill development, confidence, and meaningful progress over time.

About Novus Behavior Associates

Our team is made up of experienced BCBAs who left high-volume, productivity-driven agencies to return to ethical, individualized, and sustainable ABA practice.
