Clinic Director- BCBA Compensation and schedule:

• Full Time
• $90,000-$110,000
• 401(k)
• Monday-Friday.
• Bonus Pay.

Clinic Director - BCBA Benefits:

Clinic Director- BCBA Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the clinic including overseeing the clinic staff.
• Conduct tours for prospective clients' families to show our facilities.
• Oversee the implementation of all scheduling and proper ABA therapy.
• Provide training for the client's families.
• Maintain proper decorum and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Oversee a caseload of clients.

Clinical Director - BCBA Skills and Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
• Currently certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• 2 years of clinical BCBA experience.
