Overview
Sonoran Learning and Behavioral Services (SLBS) is seeking BCBAs who demonstrate excellence in case management and possess the confidence and knowledge to provide exceptional client care. A BCBA at SLBS should embody an entrepreneurial mindset, exhibit strong clinical skills, and demonstrate proficiency in critical thinking and problem-solving within both clinical and leadership contexts.
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA / Clinical Supervisor to manage an assigned caseload and provide high-quality in-person clinical supervision. This full-time, on-premise role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys hands-on clinical work, mentorship, and partnering with families to drive meaningful client outcomes. The BCBA / Clinical Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring treatment quality, staff competency, and positive caregiver experience while meeting clinical service delivery and supervision expectations to enhance clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Service Delivery
- Manage an assigned client caseload, including assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing program oversight
- Ensure individualized, data-driven, and evidence-based ABA treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data and clinical needs
- Support high-quality treatment implementation and ethical practice
- Meet clinical service delivery targets Caregiver
Collaboration & Training
- Partner with parents and caregivers to support skill generalization and long-term success
- Provide caregiver training and coaching aligned with treatment goals
- Promote caregiver engagement and participation in services
Documentation & Compliance
- Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress reports, and session notes
- Ensure documentation meets payer, regulatory, and organizational standards
Supervision & Team Support
- Supervise and coach RBTs/BTs
- Provide ongoing performance feedback, skill development, and competency-based supervision
- Conduct regular observations and modeling
- Support RBT skill acquisition, professional growth, and adherence to treatment protocols
- Work in conjunction with Clinical Support, Clinic Operations, and Clinical Director to ensure client needs are met and clinical quality is maintained across assigned caseload

Success in this role will be evaluated by:
- Client progress and achievement of treatment goals
- Parent and caregiver satisfaction
- Caregiver training participation and engagement
- Timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Achievement of clinical service delivery and supervision targets
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current Arizona Licensure (LBA) preferred
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, coach, and develop RBTs/BTs
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills

Salary Range
- $85,000 - $105,000 per year
