Our mission is to provide a fun, creative, and supportive learning environment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and their families. ​ Our vision is that every phone call leads to a graduation, and every graduation starts with a passionate, empowered team member. We are dedicated to helping children, ages 18 months to 15 years, reach meaningful milestones for a successful, fulfilling future using evidence-based practices tailored to each child.   • Care Coordinators manage scheduling and communicate family needs so you’re not stuck playing phone tag.
  • HR tracks RBT renewal dates, recruits high-quality team members, and leads initiatives to reduce turnover—because a stable team makes all the difference.
  • Clinic Managers are boots on the ground, ready to help with anything from spills to staff coverage.
  • RBT Coordinators ensure your RBTs receive ongoing training and day-to-day support.
  • BCBA Coordinators step in when the workload gets heavy—they’re here to relieve stress, troubleshoot, and make sure nothing gets missed.
  • RBT Trainers support onboarding, clinical fidelity, and data quality—because growth never stops.
  • Crisis Management Coordinators lead safety training, coach the team through tough situations, and ensure documentation and follow-up are handled with care.
  • Clinical Directors provide ongoing mentorship, ensure clinical quality, and are always ready to collaborate when a client isn’t making the progress we hoped for. They’re here to problem-solve, coach, and raise the bar—right alongside you.
  • Director of Development is a passionate BCBA and member of the NADR Advisory Board who keeps us aligned with the latest research, drives clinical excellence, and designs impactful trainings. She ensures we’re not just keeping up with the field—we’re helping lead it.
