Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves assessing client needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients and their families. The BCBA will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for our clients through evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop tailored intervention plans.
  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies in collaboration with clients, families, and other professionals.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of interventions and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Provide training and support to staff, caregivers, and family members on behavior management techniques.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and collaborate on treatment approaches.
  • Stay current with best practices in behavioral health and participate in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.
  • Background in special education or patient care is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data collection methods and analysis related to behavioral therapy.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Pay:

  • $70,393.14 - $90,000.00 per year
