About Our Company

Novus Behavior Associates provides ABA services throughout Colorado, meeting individuals and caregivers directly in their natural environments. We focus on dignity, independence, and measurable outcomes, ensuring that each treatment plan reflects the person’s strengths, needs, and long-term goals. By traveling to clients across the state, our practitioners create flexible, accessible services that adapt to unique routines and preferences. This statewide model allows us to build collaborative partnerships with caregivers and provide consistent support that promotes skill development, confidence, and meaningful progress over time.

Why This Role Is Different

Novus Behavior Associates is a small ABA practice built by BCBAs who chose to leave high-volume, productivity-driven models.

We prioritize:

  • Quality over quantity
  • Clinical autonomy
  • Sustainable caseloads
  • Ethical, individualized ABA

This is not a role for someone who wants rigid protocols or micromanagement. It is a role for a BCBA who values independence, judgment, and balance.
