Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor JOB GOAL:
The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills. BCBA will also provide supervision to students.
Job Description:
- Provide a minimum of 1 hour of clinical supervision per 16 hours of direct in person treatment.
- Conduct once every 3 in-person observation and direction for each client receiving services.
- Limit use of telehealth for observation/direction to no more than two consecutive months per client.
- Complete and maintain documentation in compliance with EIDBI standards, including section C of the EIDBI ITP and Progress Monitoring Form.
- Collaborate with families, direct staff, and interdisciplinary team members to promote skill acquisition and client progress.
- Provide training, mentorship, and feedback to direct intervention staff and ensure adherence to treatment protocols.
- Participate in intake assessments, treatment planning, team meetings, and periodic re-evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Must meet DHS requirements for BCBA eligible under EIDBI standards.
- Would need to licensed as an LBA from the Minnesota Board of Psychology
- Active Minnesota license in good standing.
- Experience providing ABA therapy or related developmental and behavioral interventions preferred.
- Strong understanding of EIDBI services and Minnesota Medicaid guidelines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working with children and families from diverse backgrounds.

- $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
