Minimum Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of a Masters degree or national equivalent with a major in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field of study
- Have obtained certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Doctoral (BCBA-D) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- A minimum of 1 year experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Able to work 40 hours a week Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
- One day a week available to work an afterschool shift (4:30-6:30pm)
- Be of good moral character
- Is a compassionate, patient, and self-motivated individual
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee ABA center-based programs and provide parent training and support
- Complete weekly review and updates to client programming (including writing programs and creating materials)
- Running regular training meetings and monthly case reviews with clinical staff
- Conduct behavioral and skills assessments and design treatment programs for clients
- Work with and oversee Registered Behavior Technicians to implement individualized treatment plans as per company standards and BACB requirements
- Providing supervision to BCBA supervisees
- Collect data and graph data as instructed using technological programs, such as Microsoft Excel or behavioral software (e.g., Central Reach)
- Provide support to the Clinical Director as necessary including interviewing and training BT staff, creating parent training materials, etc.
