Position Overview:


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our supportive and collaborative team. What to Expect in This Role

As a BCBA consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing, developing, and implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Providing direct behavioral interventions in home and community settings
  • Collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and behavioral health professionals
  • Supervising and mentoring RBTs and behavior technicians
  • Leading caregiver training to reinforce positive behavioral changes
  • Participating in weekly supervisory and clinical team meetings
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with ABA standards

You will play a key role in driving treatment success through high-quality, person-centered services.

Major Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor In-Home Support Staff in home and community environments
  • Write and implement customized behavior support plans
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings with other Developmental Specialists and administrative staff
  • Ensure delivery of evidence-based ABA services in alignment with client goals
  • Foster an environment of professionalism, collaboration, and growth

Qualifications

  • Required: Master's or doctoral degree and current BCBA certification
  • OR: Licensed under FL Chapter 490 or 491, F.S. (psychologist, school psychologist, clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, or mental health counselor) with 3+ years of post-licensure ABA experience
  • At least 1 year of direct experience in applied behavior analysis
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Supervisory or training experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license (under 5 points)
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Schedule

  • 8-hour day shifts
  • Monday to Friday

Compliance Requirement

In accordance with Florida state law, employment in this position is contingent upon the successful completion of a Level 2 background screening as required by Chapter 435, Florida Statutes. This includes fingerprinting, a review of criminal history, and abuse/neglect registry checks. 

Employment offers are conditional pending the outcome of this screening. Failure to meet background requirements will result in disqualification from employment.
