Pay:
- $75,000-$95,000/per year

Required Education, Certification, and Experience:
- Master’s Degree or above
- BCBA, BCBA-D
- At least one-year experience working with ABA and autistic children and their families
Position Qualifications:
- Certified BCBA or BCBA-D
- Must have thorough knowledge of and experience working with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Strong assessment and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively while also working independently
- Desire to collaborate with team members
- Solid communication skills
- Solid technology skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to commute up to at least 30 miles
- Ability to left up to 25 pounds
- Ability to pass state and federal background checks
Position Duties:
- Conduct functional assessments
- Design and implement treatment plans
- Provide direct services to clients and their families
- Submit required documentation for prior authorizations required by insurance companies
- Monitor treatment progress
- Assist with team member training, mentoring, and supervision
- Collaborate and communicate with client’s family, caregivers and other service providers as appropriate
- Meet with clinical staff regularly
- Keep progress notes and any other reports or notes updated regularly
- Attend regularly scheduled clinical meetings
- Adhere to ethical standards in HIPPA and BCBA code of ethics
