Position Summary:
The BCBA is responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing supervision to RBT(s) and/or BACB Trainee(s), and conducting parent training meetings. The BCBA will work closely with caregivers, families, clients, and related service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence based, services.

- Pay: $90,000.00-$105,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Oversight
- Develop, review, and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.
- Ensure clinical practices align with BACB guidelines and evidence-based practices.
- Supervise and provide guidance to BCBA Trainee’s, RBTs, and other clinical team members.
Client Care and Outcomes
- Monitor client progress and ensure timely adjustments to treatment plans.
- Conduct regular case reviews and oversee data collection processes.
- Facilitate parent and caregiver training to support client success across settings.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and insurance regulations, as well as BACB standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D).
- Current certification as a Licensed Behavioral Analyst (LBA) in the practicing state, if applicable
- Current 8-Hour Supervisor Training via the BACB (or willing to obtain)
- Comprehensive understanding of ABA principles, treatment planning, and implementation.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
