Scope of Responsibilities:
- Provide direct ABA services to clients in office, home, and school settings.
- Ensure an average of 20-30 billable hours per week.
- Supervise RBTs and practicum students.
- Create resources and teaching materials for sessions.
- Conduct parent training, schedule sessions, and manage schedules for team members.
- Assist in training RBTs on CentralReach and special ABA programs and support others in becoming
- BCBAs.
General Responsibilities:
- Perform assessment and therapeutic intervention services for clients
- Maintain professionalism and ensure performance and work products meet company standards,
- specifications, and other requirements.
- Devote time, energy, and abilities to fulfilling duties in a timely and productive manner.
- Prepare clinical notes documenting all billable work as required.
Performing Assessments:
- Conduct various types of behavioral assessments, including:
- Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).
- Interview-Informed Synthesized Contingency Analysis (IISCA).
- Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills (ABLLS-R).
- Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program (VB-MAPP).
Performing Therapeutic Intervention:
- Provide applied behavioral analysis (ABA) services for children and adolescents.
- Engage in treatment planning and conduct social skills groups.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) and individualized education program (IEP) meetings.
- Conduct electronic documentation of client contact.
- Attend school meetings as necessary.
- Progress Reports and Re-Assessments:
- Submit progress reports on the status of work products as directed by EAS containing:
- Description of progress on assigned duties or projects.
- Timeline or schedule updates.
- Statement of any problems affecting progress.
