Founded by a mother of a child with autism, Snowflakes ABA was established to provide the highest quality and ethical ABA services possible to people with autism and other developmental disabilities. We have walked in your shoes and understand first-hand the challenges you are going through. With a personal connection to autism, we consider the treatment of our clients near and dear to our hearts and do our best to help our families achieve growth and success.

We are looking for Full-Time BCBAs (in Prince George's County, Howard County and Baltimore) who prescribe to the philosophy that this isn't just a job, it is a mission to truly help children and adults with autism. We are looking for a BCBA who wants to continually learn and grow as a BCBA. Our clinical director will meet with you bi-weekly to help with all your cases and help you become the best you can be! Qualifications:

  • BCBA certification
  • Licensed in the State of Maryland

The Roles of a BCBA:

  • Conduct FBA and Skills-Based Assessments
  • Develop treatment plans
  • RBT supervision and training
  • Parent training
  • Oversee all treatment aspects of assigned clients
  • Direct intervention with clients
  • Insurance documentation

Expected hours: 40 per week (25 billable hours)
