ABOUT ROLE:
- BCBA/BCaBA Supervisor is expected to provide and implement Evidence-Based strategies, promoting work quality and work enjoyment with staff assigned on caseload.
- Oversee a caseload of 5 -20 clients, managing staff performance and monitoring hours compliance assigned to QBTs per case.
- Provide evidence-based leadership, guidance, and training to Qualified Behavior Technicians, Lead Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians.
- Provide evidence-based supervision on a weekly basis, or more if required, based on staff identified needs.
- Promote client participation in Social Group, Parent Training and any othe recommended events that increase education and support for families and client’s wellbeing.
- Model positive and professional interaction with all staff and clients by implementing courteous, respectful and socially acceptable skills when relating with others.
- Responsive to VTCC clinical and administrative staff, VTCC clients, and other third parties involved in clients treatment.
- Uphold all ethical and professional requirements per BACB and VA Regulatory Board.
ABOUT YOU:
- BCBA Certification / LBA required
- Knowledge and experience in the provision of ABA services, delivery practices and regulations
- Ability to communicate and engage in a professional, timely and respectful manner
- Strong professional and ethical business representation and performance.
- Leadership Function: Team oriented, shows ability to model and demonstrate skills delivered to clients, shows patience and understanding for clients and employees.
