The Child and Adult Psychiatric Rehabilitation provides a full range of psychiatric rehabilitation services for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness who have moderate to severe functional deficits. Salary: 

  • $80-90 per hour

Location: 

  • Within a 25-mile radius of our Lanham, MD office (Prince George’s County, including Bowie, Columbia, Lanham, Upper Marlboro, and surrounding areas)

Position Type: 

  • Part-Time or Full-Time  (In-Person ) including 15-20 billable hours though this can fluctuate based on client availability and scheduling.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a in-person capacity. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting in-person initial assessments for new clients, reassessments for current clients, and direct supervision for new cases to support Behavior Technicians (BTs).

In addition, the BCBA will work in collaboration with fully remote BCBAs to provide direct training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers as needed. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person initial assessments for new clients.
  • Complete in-person reassessments for existing clients as required by treatment plans and funding sources.
  • Provide direct in-person supervision to BTs for new cases, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with remote BCBAs to coordinate and deliver in-person training for RBTs and caregivers.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans based on assessment data.
  • Ensure all documentation and billing requirements are met in compliance with company policies and funding source guidelines.
  • Support clinical staff through mentorship, feedback, and modeling of evidence-based ABA practices.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field.
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • Active state licensure.
  • Reliable transportation to travel within a 25-mile radius of Lanham, MD.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience conducting assessments, writing treatment plans, and providing BT/RBT supervision.
