Salary Range: 

  • $85,000–$90,000 base salary plus additional compensation opportunities

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in a full-time salaried position that combines the stability of a school-based placement with the flexibility and clinical variety of community-based ABA services.

This unique opportunity provides a structured schedule within a single elementary school while allowing for additional clinical responsibilities through home, office, community, or telehealth services.

This role is ideal for a behavior analyst seeking professional growth, clinical diversity, and a consistent full-time schedule with guaranteed hours.

What Your Week May Include:

  • Working on-site in a single elementary school.
  • Providing additional ABA services (home/community clients, supervision of RBTs, or telehealth).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs/BSPs) tailored to individual student needs.
  • Train and collaborate with teachers and school staff on implementing behavior strategies.
  • Provide real-time de-escalation support for students with behavioral challenges.
  • Work independently within the school setting while maintaining open communication with the school team and another on-site BCBA.
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy, RBT supervision, or parent training during the week in home, office, community, or telehealth settings.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active BCBA certification and LBA in good standing.
  • Strong background in writing and implementing BIPs, BSPs, and FBAs.
  • Experience training school staff, teachers, or caregivers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in school-based ABA.
  • Experience managing crisis behavior intervention and de-escalation strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral disorders beyond autism, including ADHD, mood disorders, and oppositional defiant disorder.
