Success On The Spectrum (SOS) is the largest and fastest-growing autism treatment franchise in the U.S., founded by an autism mom and fueled by purpose. Our play-based model emphasizes NET, so we take clients on field trips! We also encourage high parent involvement and allow parents to watch their child’s therapy live from our parent viewing room!

You Focus on Clinical Work – We Handle the Admin work

• BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or insurance chasing
• BCBAs have a caseload of 6 - 12 full-time clients (Max 30 billable hours per week).
• Practicum students and interns assist your caseload.
• You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training

Supported, Not Micromanaged

• Owners are not involved in clinical decisions
• You will be supported by our clinic’s experience Clinical Director
• SOS Franchising provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training
• SOS has a LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. SOS gives BTs access to the 40 hour cert videos on their first day of work.
• All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week.
• To ensure the highest standards of care, our corporate office conducts a positive, supportive Quality and Compliance Audit every six months—providing each clinic with valuable feedback, resources, and guidance to help us continually grow and serve our families even better.
