Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Maryland. This role offers flexibility (full-time or part-time) and the chance to work across home, clinic, and/or community settings.

You will play a key role in designing and overseeing individualized ABA programs while collaborating with families and clinical staff.

Compensation

  • Full-Time Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 annually (based on experience)
  • Part-Time Hourly Rate: $80 – $100 per hour
  • Opportunities for performance-based bonuses and growth incentives

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments (e.g., FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians
  • Provide ongoing training, feedback, and performance management
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and payer requirements

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
