Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Clinical Supervisor to join our growing ABA team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with BACB guidelines and payer requirements.
This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, with a structured balance of clinical, supervisory, and administrative responsibilities.
Work Schedule & Expectations
- Minimum 40+ hours per week
- Standard schedule: Monday through Friday
- Average of 8 hours per day
- Hybrid model:
- 60% In-Home Services
- 40% Telehealth Services
Billable Requirements & Productivity Standards
- Minimum 6.5 billable hours per day
- Weekly average: 32.5+ billable hours
- Maintain 90% utilization of assigned client hours
- Billable services may include:
- Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Re-assessments
- Direct therapy (1:1, two-tier, three-tier models)
- Supervision (direct & indirect)
- Parent/caregiver training (direct & indirect)
- Treatment planning and protocol modification
All billing must align with payer authorizations, billing codes, and BACB standards.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight
- Conduct FBAs, assessments, and re-assessments
- Develop and update individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
Supervision & Staff Development
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians
- Ensure all supervisees adhere to BACB ethical and clinical standards
- Provide ongoing training, feedback, and performance evaluations
Parent & Caregiver Training
- Deliver structured parent training sessions
- Provide ongoing guidance to ensure skill generalization in home settings
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with:
- BACB guidelines
- Insurance/payer requirements
- Company policies
- Meet deadlines for reports, session notes, and authorizations
Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams when applicable
- Communicate effectively with families, funders, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active state licensure (where applicable):
- Texas
- Minimum 1–2 years of BCBA experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

- $85,000 – $110,000+ annually
