About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-center clinical team in Frisco, TX. This role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to children in a structured clinic environment, while supervising and mentoring RBTs and ensuring best-in-class clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Oversee and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff
- Provide direct and indirect ABA therapy in a center-based setting
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on data analysis
- Train and mentor RBTs to ensure clinical excellence and adherence to ethical standards
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing staff training
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Texas state licensure (LBA) or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a clinic or center-based ABA setting
- Experience supervising RBTs and managing caseloads
- Familiarity with insurance-based services and documentation
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $80,000 – $105,000 annually (based on experience)
