About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-center clinical team in Frisco, TX. This role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to children in a structured clinic environment, while supervising and mentoring RBTs and ensuring best-in-class clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Oversee and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff
  • Provide direct and indirect ABA therapy in a center-based setting
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on data analysis
  • Train and mentor RBTs to ensure clinical excellence and adherence to ethical standards
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing staff training

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Texas state licensure (LBA) or eligibility to obtain
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a clinic or center-based ABA setting
  • Experience supervising RBTs and managing caseloads
  • Familiarity with insurance-based services and documentation

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $80,000 – $105,000 annually (based on experience)
