My Colors Speak designs and delivers CREATIVE treatment programs for individuals of ALL ages who are typically developed and individuals with Special needs/Special Abilities, such as Autism, Down Syndrome, and ADHD. We use ART as a tool and evidence-based ABA principles to help our learners reach their customized goals. My Colors Speak uses a UNIQUE approach, as through this program the learner is using the left and the right side of the brain, as they are simultaneously working on logical concepts while developing their creativity. Our ultimate goal is to help our learners and their families improve their quality of life by maximizing the learner's potential in the home, school, and community, and throughout their life span.

My Colors Speak, Inc. is looking for creative individuals who can provide opportunities for clients with Autism and other conditions to help them connect with the world through art while using a research-based type of therapy-ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) while working on their behavioral goals. 

My Colors Speak, Inc. is seeking a qualified BCaBA Clinical Supervisor to design and implement ABA treatment programs for My Colors Speak, Inc. clients. The Clinical Supervisor will supervise a team of Art Behavior Therapists (RBTs) to set up and maintain customized ABA programs through Telehealth, in clients’ homes/ community settings, and address skills such as cognitive flexibility, desensitization, communication and independent leisure. The Clinical Supervisor will complete patient reports and other supervisory responsibilities as necessary based on the patient service requirements as specified by the funding source. 

A background or experience in art and creative thinking is a plus as My Colors Speak, Inc. uses art as a tool to help learners reach their customized goals and improve the quality of their life. We are looking for an individual who can remain organized while working creatively with clients and is comfortable being a member of a team. 

My Colors Speak, Inc provides services to individuals of ALL ages who are typically developed as well as individuals with Special needs/Special Abilities, such as Autism, Intellectual disability, and ADHD. 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and run ABA programs, with the guidance of a BCBA 
  • Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed. 
  • Provide field supervision to Art Behavior Therapists/RBTs as required for cases; work closely with the RBTs in their provision of direct services. 
  • Provide the needed resources and guidance to assist clients, parents, and RBTs in the development and implementation of behavior protocols. 
  • Oversee and maintain accurate and organized patient notes, data, and reports for internal and external stakeholders; produce progress reports and treatment plans to meet the requirements and submission timelines of regulatory agencies and funding sources. 
  • Write performance evaluations of RBTs. 
  • Available to RBTs, parents, ABA Director, and Administrative Staff by phone/email when there is an emergency or urgent need. 
  • Ensure that all supervision hours are 100% contract fulfilled. 
  • Maintain patient privacy/HIPPA, following the policies and procedures of My Colors Speak, Inc. 
  • Abide by BACB guidelines, rules, and regulations. 
  • Must have availability mostly between 2:00pm to 8:30pm, Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays as needed. 

Availability:

For a part-time position 

  • Needs to be available mostly between 2:30pm to 8:30pm (Monday through Friday.) 
  • Available to work 1-2 Saturdays per month - Saturdays only opened from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. 
  • We are looking for consistency; but we can be as flexible as possible with your schedule if needed. 

Qualifications and Education Requirements: 

  • Licensed Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Special Education or related field 
  • 1-3 years of demonstrated clinical management 
  • TB Test Clearance 
  • Background Check 
  • CPR / First Aid Certification 
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle for travel, and proof of auto insurance 

Benefits: 

  • Art supply kit will be provided to use with your clients. 
  • Will be trained with My Colors Speak art processes and procedures created by a professional artist. 
  • Paid mileage and driving between clients. 50% of Mileage and driving is also provided even if one is only scheduled with 1 client . (Our sessions are usually 3 hrs) 
  • Performance evaluation after 6mos and potential raise depending on the result of the evaluation. 
  • There might be random bonuses throughout the year - 5% of the average billable hours of 3 consecutive months will be given to the employee as an incentive. 
  • $1 extra for any billable hour worked past 6pm and $1 extra for every billable hour worked on Saturdays. 
  • Communication reimbursement based on the billable hours you worked for a month. 
  • 401k after 12 months of employment and/or at least 1,000 hours worked. 
  • Mandatory Sick Leave – Employees will get 1hr for every 30 hours worked - maximum of 40 hours or 5 days per year or the number of hours will be given based on the state where the employee resides, per state law. 

Fringe Benefit: 

  • PTO (Paid Time Off) Employees will get 1hr for every 30 billable hours worked - maximum of 24 hours or 3 days per year. The employee will start accruing PTO hours after 3 months from date hired. 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) - is a plus but not required. 
  • Interest in art and creative ways of thinking is a plus, as My Colors Speak uses a unique creative approach to work on behavioral and developmental goals

  • $33.00 per hour
